SHIPPING POLICY

At QAMRA, every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged prior to dispatch to ensure that each piece is delivered to the customer in excellent condition.

Shipping Destinations

QAMRA currently offers delivery within the United Arab Emirates and to selected GCC countries.

Standard Shipping Timeframes

United Arab Emirates: 7–10 working days
GCC Countries: 10–15 working days

The above timeframes are standard estimated delivery periods and begin once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received in full.

Seasonal and High-Demand Periods

During high-demand seasons and special periods, including but not limited to Ramadan, Eid, national holidays, events, pop-ups, collection launches, and promotional periods, shipping and delivery timeframes may vary depending on order volume, production demand, and courier availability.

QAMRA will make every effort to fulfill and dispatch orders within the standard shipping timeframe; however, customers acknowledge that delays may occur during such periods.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to confirmation, preparation, quality inspection, and packaging before dispatch.

Made to Measure orders may require additional preparation time depending on the measurements submitted by the customer, production requirements, and current order volume.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout, including full name, mobile number, delivery address, city, and country.

QAMRA shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery details provided by the customer.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

For GCC deliveries, customs duties, import fees, taxes, or any additional local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Such charges shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by QAMRA.

Delivery Delays

QAMRA shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or increased demand during seasonal periods.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details may be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Receiving the Order

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery. Any concerns regarding the delivered item must be reported to QAMRA within 48 hours of receiving the order, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
