At QAMRA, each piece is carefully produced, reviewed, and inspected by our quality department prior to dispatch. We take great care to ensure that every order meets our quality standards before it is delivered to the customer.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where the issue is confirmed to have resulted from QAMRA. This may include:
A manufacturing defect
An item received damaged upon delivery
An incorrect item sent by QAMRA
An error in the order caused by QAMRA
To request a return, customers must contact QAMRA within 48 hours of receiving the order via email at qamraa-abaya@outlook.com or via WhatsApp at +971559924010 The request must include the order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a detailed description of the concern.
All return requests are subject to review and approval by QAMRA. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition, including the original packaging and tags where applicable.
Made to Measure Orders
Made to Measure orders are produced according to the measurements submitted by the customer at the time of placing the order.
QAMRA is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if the item does not fit due to measurements being entered incorrectly, submitted inaccurately, or changed after the order has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all measurements before completing their order.
Standard Size Orders
Standard size orders are prepared according to the size selected by the customer at checkout. Returns are only accepted if the issue is confirmed to have been caused by QAMRA, such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
Items returned without original packaging or tags, where applicable
Customized or Made to Measure pieces, unless the issue is confirmed to have been caused by QAMRA
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when the return request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected by QAMRA.
If the issue is confirmed to have been caused by QAMRA, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping fees, delivery charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by QAMRA.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered only in cases where the issue is confirmed to have been caused by QAMRA and the requested replacement item is available.
If the same item is unavailable, QAMRA may offer an appropriate alternative solution, replacement, store credit, or refund after review.
Quality Inspection
Before dispatch, every QAMRA piece undergoes a quality inspection process. This includes reviewing the finishing, stitching, fabric condition, measurements, and overall presentation of the item.
By placing an order with QAMRA, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
